Seiu Pay Increase 2025 Illinois. 3.5% increase, effective the first full pay period on or after december 1, 2021. 2% raise july 1, 2026:

On december 1 st, 2022, 30,000 dors workers in illinois will receive the final raise under our current groundbreaking contract that we won in 2019! The big raise state workers won (scheduled for january 2025) all hinged on the legislature approving a budget that provides funding.
